Hemmottele Miami Beachin lomaa tällä rannalla sijaitsevassa huoneistossa paratiisissa!

Sekä Miami Beachille että lomakohteen uima-altaalle pääsee helposti alakerrassa M-kerroksessa. Tartu vapaasti johonkin toimitetuista uima-altaan tuoleista tai hanki sateenvarjo hieman lisävarjoa varten. Keskeinen sijaintisi Miami Beachillä sijoittaa lähellä useita muita lomakohteita, samoin kuin joitain klassisia ruokailumahdollisuuksia, jos haluat syödä. Paikan päällä sijaitsevassa Tiki-baarissa tarjoillaan rentoja aterioita ja cocktaileja uima-altaan ääressä, jos haluat mieluummin yöpyä lomakeskuksessa.

Avoin olohuone ja ruokasali tarjoavat mukavan, tyylikkään tilan rentoutua ryhmäsi kanssa päivän jälkeen auringossa. Tee suosikki ateriasi tai välipalasi täysin varustetussa keittiössä, astianpesukoneella, ja seuraa sitten suosikkiohjelmasi kaapeli-TV: llä.

Checkin was seamless and the front desk staff at the condo were great. However there were some issues inside the condo that could not be ignored: constant running toilet even after service man came and blinds did not close in MBR resulting in bright sunny mornings with no controllable shield. Service man left door unlocked (ajar) leaving the condo vulnerable to theft or even worst. Did not fix shade or toilet so why did he even enter? The view was the best part of the stay and the glass portion of the patio was absolutely filthy. I would give this stay a C grade at best.

Comfy beds, clean, lots of towels, fantastic views from deck. Large bathrooms, 2 swimming pools and direct beach access. All the boxes checked! Free trolley to Miami Beach and Southbeach could be caught right in front of hotel to make travel easy. This is a vintage hotel so it has some wear and tear but the mosaics and chandeliers in lobby and the marble in the apartments bathroom add such charm and style. I would stay here again. Only issue was with the wrist bands given by front desk for elevator and beach gate access, we had to have them reset daily as they stopped working.

Hotel staff were great, from registration to the pool side assistance. It was lovely to be right on the boardwalk and the beach. Unit had two good size bedrooms with their own bathrooms and that was a pleasant part of living there. Kitchen was adequate for our purposes. The chairs at the dining table, which were counter chairs, were uncomfortable, and not suitable for very young children nor older people, especially those with physical disabilities. There was no overhead lighting, and the lamps were not fully adequate for eating nor in the bedrooms.The balcony on the other hand was very comfortable with a lovely view of the ocean.

Very disappointed with the condition and misrepresentation of this condo. It was not properly maintained or guest-ready.**Master Bedroom:** Only one light worked. Shower curtain, soap holder, and tub were covered in mildew. Ceiling paint was cracking. Only two washcloths provided, no bathmat. Paint throughout the room was chipped and mismatched. Blinds were broken and non-functional, letting in direct sunlight early in the morning.**Second Bedroom/Bathroom:** Towel rack and toilet paper holder were detached and left sitting on the toilet. Bedroom door didn’t close. Shower curtain liner was stained. Floor was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned.**Kitchen/Dining Area:** Refrigerator and stove were rusty, peeling, and in poor condition. No ironing board was provided — I had to iron on the bed. Dining chairs were worn, and faux leather was peeling badly.I contacted Blu Vacation Rentals multiple times and finally received a callback 16 hours later. When I explained the condition of the condo, the supervisor hung up on me. Minutes later, I received a text stating I should find another rental and falsely claimed I refused maintenance, which I did not.This response was unprofessional and the condition of the unit unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund and to speak with upper management. I will return after lunch to collect my belongings.

Unpleasant Experience

The sofa was different than the one listed in the description. Very uncomfortable and would not sit the 4 adults on our trip. I tried to contact the company about different broken items (constantly running toilet, broken light fixture hanging from the ceiling)..never returned my text. The unit needs major updating. The plugs were loose, and nothing would stay safely plugged in—a fire hazard. The bathroom picture showed beach towels offered. There were no beach towels in the condo room. The front door needed repair to stay closed. I will not book with them again. Made our first time in Miami very unpleasant

This location is absolutely perfect for a beach vacation! The area feels very secure, which immediately puts you at ease. The beds are super comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly stocked, making our stay so convenient and comfortable. We especially loved the building's pool and jacuzzi – they were a great way to relax. Plus, the easy beach access and entrance to the boardwalk made it simple to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The neighborhood itself is very nice, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!

Location was great. Relatively clean. Only downside is the toilet was broken on arrival and the faucet for the shower, although working, needed maintainance. I'd messaged the owner but there was never a response.

Miami Beach condo

Location is beautiful with water on both sides and great views from the balcony. Condo check in was very easy and the valet parking service was exceptional. I thought I was going to hate valet parking but the service was great and they gave me a weekly rate which was 25/night. Beds in condo were very comfortable, kitchen items were a bit scarce so if you are looking to do a lot of cooking this is not the place. Overall very nice place and so nice to be right on the beach with free towel service at the pool.

The property was OK. It was decently clean. I’ve stayed in better and I’ve stayed in worse. If you can get it for a good price it is worth staying here. The location the the beach is perfect. But the only food options within walking distance are hotel bars. Nice area. Park in the public lot next door it’s cheaper by a lot.

Great location and set up

Perfect location with very nice pools, amenities and beach. Trolley made getting anywhere really easy and condo set up was nice. Plugs need to be replaced and condo could use some upgrades.

Great Location!

The location is prime if you would like to be near the beach. Was on a layover between destinations with the fam and stayed here for 2 nights. The unit could use some updating however we had everything we needed and was an easy stroll the beach.
