Check-in details were not sent in advance. I had to message on the morning of arrival, and was told the information would only be provided once the room was ready. For international travelers, this is a real issue — especially if you don’t have U.S. mobile data set up before landing.
There was no hot water for two days (almost the whole day), which was extremely inconvenient.
Communication is limited to messages or phone calls during short office hours (roughly 10am to early afternoon), with no support outside those times. If you have an issue in the evening or at night, you’re on your own.
The apartment itself was not very clean, felt quite old, and is in need of renovation.
Noise was a major problem. The property is on a main road with venues on the ground floor that host parties until 4–5am. While late-night activity is common in Miami, the apartment has virtually no sound insulation — the windows are old and do not block noise at all, making it very difficult to sleep.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here and would not return.
