The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. Please note that there is a $40 daily resort fee per unit and also $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival.

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund. The management reserves the right to relocate guests to a comparable unit.

Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in at the front desk. The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.

Kosher meals available on-site, under the supervision of Kosher Miami (KA).

Paid washers and dryers are shared and located on the same floor as the unit.

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.

Complimentary:
- 2 beach chairs and beach towels at the beach.
- 2 bicycles per day.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
