The Space

Our spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests and offers:

Master Bedroom: 1 King-size bed + private full bathroom

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen-size bed (sleeps 2) + shared bathroom
Bedroom 4: 2 Twin beds (sleeps 2) + shared bathroom

Each bedroom has a closet with hangers to store your belongings.

Parking

Parking is guaranteed with room for up to 6 vehicles: 4 on the driveway, and 2 additional spaces with host approval. We also accommodate oversized vehicles like buses, boats, and trailers. Its free up to 4 cars
Guest Access & House Rules

You’ll receive your entry code and important instructions 24-48 hours before check-in. Please read all instructions carefully to ensure a smooth stay.

House Rules:

Keep doors closed to prevent bugs and save energy. Always lock the door when leaving.
Turn off lights and electronics when not in use.
No parties or smoking allowed. This is a smoke-free, drug-free home. Smoking indoors will result in a $750 cleaning fee.
There is a mandatory housekeeping cleaning every 15 days with a fee of $350 if the stay is longer than 15 days. You can optionally ask for housekeeping every week for $200. This includes general interior cleaning and bedsheet laundry.
Notify the host if additional guests will be visiting. The number of people in the reservation must match the number of guests in the house.
Quiet Time is from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment.
Late check-outs (after 10 AM) will incur a fee. If you check out after 11 AM, you’ll be charged for the full day.
