Beautiful South Beach Condo, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, open kitchen and living room. Each bedroom is on opposite sides, great for privacy between you and your friends/family!

This apartment has views of South Beach and a partial view of the ocean. It has two bedrooms - one with a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom, and the other with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom in the hallway. The living room has a couch, chair, and high-speed wifi. There is also a washer/dryer and a dining area with seating for four people. One designated parking space in the on-site garage is included with the apartment.

July 4th Stay

The location of the rental was great, and the space itself had potential to be very nice. The host was also very responsive throughout the stay, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience fell short due to several issues.Upon arrival, the master bathroom toilet was clogged and unusable, and both showers drained so poorly that they quickly filled like bathtubs during use. When I let the host know, I was asked to go to the store to purchase a plunger and hand soap (none was provided), which was not ideal after traveling. Although we were reimbursed, it was inconvenient to handle that ourselves.The cleanliness left a lot to be desired—there was visible mold on the windows, dirty towels, and a general lack of attention to detail. The ice maker barely produced any ice, and the beds were extremely firm—some of the most uncomfortable I’ve encountered in a rental.Additionally, the cleaning supplies were located behind the designated parking spot, and we were asked to move our car multiple times during our stay so the cleaners could access them. This was frustrating, especially since there was only one spot provided.With some attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and guest convenience, this could be a great rental. But unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Great Location

Had a bit of a snafu gaining access but overall, this property is very clean with many new appliances and furniture. Please also know that the off-street parking is a first floor garage that is very narrow. Do not plan on a medium to large vehicle. We got parked and Uber-ed everywhere. Great restaurants within walking and Thompson is a $10 ride. We will try and get this again in the future.

Miami trip

This is the worst VRBO stay I’ve had. The tv in the primary bedroom doesn’t work. The washing machine was full of water and wouldn’t drain. The AC was set on a timer by the owners and would cut off in the middle of the night making it very hot and difficult to sleep. My husband had to get up every night around 1:00am to turn it back down. The parking space had a motorcycle in it part of the time. There’s a huge box/package blocking the front door. The washcloth’s had left over makeup on them. The towels are supposed to be white, but are all tinged brown. Location was ok, but definitely not in a great area. The nicer areas are closer to 40th street and Collin’s. I wish I could post pictures on here to show how bad it really is. Oh, and I tried to contact the host everyday, and was never answered. I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Getaway to south Miami Beach

Great stay! Just as advertised with a walk to the beach. Lots to do with dinning, entertainment and local coffee shops. Ran into a celebrity at beach which was my high light.

Relaxing 2bdr apartment

Overall it was very tranquil and relaxing. Check in was a breeze. It was everything we needed yet still close to everywhere we wanted to be. The only smalll complaint I had was most outlets didn’t work and the Roku tv remote didn’t really work well ( definitely requires lots of patience lol). Overall very worth every penny. Thank you.

Family Vacation @ South Beach

Came with family to spend 5 nights in Miami. Looked for a close place to the beach. Found exactly that. Place was clean and so close to the beach for a great price. Would definitely stay again
