I am beyond disappointed with my recent stay. We specifically booked and paid for a Penthouse suite, yet upon arrival, we were downgraded to the 5th floor without any valid justification or prior communication.
The service—or complete lack thereof—was shocking for a property at this price point:
• Zero Hospitality: We walked through the lobby several times daily; not once were we greeted or even acknowledged by the staff.
• Zero Assistance: On multiple occasions, I was visibly struggling, carrying my five-year-old child along with several bags. The staff watched us approach the elevators and didn't so much as offer a hand or hold the door.
• Wrong Room, Wrong Attitude: Not only was the floor incorrect, but the initial room assignment was wrong as well. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests.
If you are looking for the "premium" experience they advertise, look elsewhere. This hotel lacks the basic awareness and "care" that defines hospitality. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
