Dear Mrs. Kristin Rumsey your deposit was sent to your credit card the same day you did the check out .The entrance of the hotel is secure and every guest who stay with us , have his or her own code to enter in the property. We maintain the gate closed to make the property more private and safe for all our guests of the hotel. We have a Lobby and you arrived to the hotel after midnight; consequently, you received a code to enter in your room right a way. you did not have wait for any receptionist to open your room. The next day we talked to you and you tell us that everything with the room was perfect. We wish you the best to you and your family.

Mr. Abraham,1)First of all, don't forget to mention that you entered the room with more people than allowed2)You were told to throw the toilet paper into a trash can next to the toilet. The cleaning service was done in your room the day after your arrival.3)Regarding the bed, putting more people than allowed in the room makes your stay not comfortable because the rooms are prepared for the comfort of the corresponding number of occupants4)Regarding the area where the hotel is located (Collins Avenue and 9th Street) it is the busiest area of Miami Beach for tourism due to its attractions both day and night. It is an area visited by people from all over the world.5)Regarding the refund of the Security Deposit, the reason is what we have been mentioning since the beginning of this message. The reservation was paid for 4 people and 5 entered the room. This means “Extra People fee”Stardust Hotel
