”Great place for solo or couples, staff was helpful and even though I came early I was able to lock up my bags before my check in, bring cash for the added tax or just pay with card (extra fee). Rooms are pretty much sound proof, showers were open but private, room is straight to the point and there’s space under the bed for luggage, an open kitchen to heat up your convenience store finds. Around 20+ minutes walk to some nightlife and shopping! For me it was a bit hard to get a taxi but the city...

”Amazing experience with a friendly staff who made us feel very welcome! They offered suggestions for nearby restaurants and a free ticket to the public onsen next door. Definitely visiting again!”

”They had a crib for my daughter which was super helpful. The staff was kind and also very helpful. My only complaint was that the room had a musty smell to it. Overall though, I would still recommend it to others because it was a great place to go with a baby.”

”The Front desk and Concierge were amazing and set me up for an amazing Japan Adventure”

”ホットドッグもうまかった！”

”The staff were very nice and helpful. My luggage was accidentally sent to another location, and they helped coordinate everything to make sure it was delivered to the right place. Really appreciate their help!”

”Had a really good experience staying here. We are very picky with cleanliness but can say this place was spotless. Our room was also very spacious, and featured a japanese style shower which was super cool (and absolutely spotless as well!). The staff was also very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here - we had a very comfortable stay as a family with a young child. The only thing to note for short stays is they have fees for housekeeping, fees for late check out, and...

”The check in location is really inconvenient, they should make the prices completely online”

”This is a great hotel, the staff are awesome, the service was great. The breakfast was very good. I would totally recommend this place.”

”The Laundry service was terrible , even with a machine in our room. We tried to dry our 3 pieces of clothes ( a very tiny load) over 5 times and it still wouldn’t dry. We even tried the downstairs laundry and it still wouldn’t fully dry anything , even one clothing piece at a time. I tried to follow the QR code on the machine and the website was down so that was not helpful… also the bathtub in a room would not plug, i searched up the model, spent over a half an hour trying to figure it out...

”Perfect concept for a short stay. Europe should learn from APA.”

”Todella kiva ja siisti paikka. Ihanat vuodevaatteet ja pyjamat. Spa mukava. Kuntosali pieni mutta ok. Aamupala ihan hyvä. Plussana kun kahvia saa milloin vaan. Vaatteiden pesu - ja silitysmahdollisuus.”
