”A wonderful welcome and our room was lovely. The dining area was busy with both residents and local people. The menu offered a good variety and food arrived very hot and well presented. We wouldn’t hesitate to return but would advise that the age of the building means that stairs are very steep and the floors are uneven. ”

”Lovely stay at The Crown, really friendly staff the rooms are separate from the pub so nice and quiet, really comfortable bed all the amenities were superb. We didn’t eat there in the evening as had a party to go to but 14 of us had the carvery on the Sunday and I can honestly say it’s the best carvery I’ve had. Wouldn’t hesitate staying here again, just need my friend to have another party.”
