”Checked in into a dirty room floors were not mopped restroom as well shower was not even scrubbed had stains got a none smoking room and it stank like cigarette fridge was stained dirty and had food in it microwave was dirty as well still had stains and popcorns in it had to but my own bed liners cause the hotels were stained bad Staff was alright got the room cleaned 2 days later”

”The rooms are beautiful and clean-only problem Was there was mold in our coffee maker and they didn’t get us a new one. We did get a comp coffee from the shop but a small miss from this high end property. Still would come back as the price is right for four of us and 2 rooms , 3 baths for $215. Great deal. ”

”Breakfast was less than a continental wrapped in a restaurant environment. Horrible. Both of us weren’t feeling good all day steer it. Room had dust and spider web lint hanging from ceiling, super slow bathroom sink drain, sour smelling kitchen sink drain, half size fridge inside cabinet. Definitely not a 4 star ”

”Everything about this place was excellent from staff to great clean rooms with comfortable beds, great parking, great breakfast. However, we booked this for a place that has a pool since we had kids. If you don’t use the pool then this is an excellent hotel. The pool was freezing and the floors were treacherously slick. Luckily no one including the adults who couldn’t step without their feet coming out from underneath them had any accidents. We had a child lose their footing on the entrance...

”It’s a nice hotel, especially for an extended stay with a nice size kitchen and a generous breakfast. When we went to the pool, it was not in the best shape and the hot tub was broken so that was disappointing.”

”The staff was super friendly and amazing! However, I was disappointed with cleanliness of the bathroom. Upon arrival, there was a used bar of soap sitting on top of the toilet shelving and the bottom of the toilet seat was dirty. After housekeeping came by, the toilet was still dirty and the bar of soap was still there. I only had bathroom mat towels available for body towels. The hotel had also run out of body wash. ”

”Such a nice place! The staff was so kind. There was an employee going in between the bar and the restaurant, and I had to wait at most 10 minutes which I did not mind at all! But the employee gave me my Starbucks for free to apologize for the wait. How sweet and kind. Totally recommend staying here, very clean and SUCH friendly staff. One of the best places I’ve stayed at in Colorado! ”
