Room was clean enough. Lobby and hallways were filthy. Very shady bar area. No amenities available as advertised and the TV didn’t work. Lots of sketchy behavior.

House was as advertised. Owner was accessible for any issues. Check in / check out was easy. I had an issue with a rental car and had to leave it for half a day to get picked up by the rental car company and the owner was accommodating and communicated with me about it.
