”The cabin was impeccably clean, well appointed with cutlery, pans and utensils. The information book had clear directions to get to both of the association beaches. The host even had welcome snacks out which my kids greatly appreciated! The "shed of fun" was a huge hit with my pre-teens with basketball, foosball, ping pong and darts all available for them to play with. We had a great stay and would certainly re-book!”

”Great place for a night. One minor issue we encountered was ran both space heaters on separate outlets (one in bedroom and one in kitchen) and kept popping one of the breakers so we could only run one space heater that was provided. ”

”We had a wonderful stay at Grandma’s with our two little boys and dog. It was clean, cozy and a perfect location for our weekend ice fishing trip! We enjoyed walking the rail trail, watching ducks by the dock, passing snowmobiles, and playing puzzles/games. Highly recommend for a family getaway. We would definitely stay again.”

”Host was responsive and the property was just close enough to enjoy laconia without a huge price premium. Its a simple cabin, but it did what we needed it to do. Gravel parking lot is not the best for motorcycles if i had to leave constructive feedback. Would rent again.”

”We enjoyed our stay. It rained the whole time so we didn't get to enjoy the property like we had planned but they had everything you could ever want! We are planning a group trip back up asap. It's the perfect spot for multiple families to kick back and enjoy this adorable little spot. I also really loved the screened in porches, even though it was raining we could still get outside and see the lake. ”

”Easy access to the lake. 15 minute walk to a much bigger "beach" area. Full kitchen well stocked with necessities. Keurig for fresh coffee was a bonus. Didn't use the hot ton because it was raining. Fire pit was a hit. Plenty of backyard space for the dog, not fenced in. Great stay with easy to use A/C and heating unit.”

”Well designed and maintained property. We enjoyed the little touches like the automatic nightlights and heater in bathroom. Wish we could have spent more time here but we attended the Deerfield fair. Highly recommended. ”
