”Great stay in the Manhattan. Very clean, quiet and chic hotel. Discreet and hospitable staff. Good beds and great housekeeping. Enjoyed the location and the roof top bar. Would definitely book again!”

”Very nice hotel, but some issues occured during our 7 days stay in september 2023.
Great location, although lots of noise from building sites etc through the windows. Our room was on 34th floor, so low level room was not the reason. Windows had only double glazing, maybe that's the norm in NYC.
Friendly staff, expect one lady in restaurant/lobby bar, who was very rude not once, but twice.
Otherwise Restaurant Versa was very nice with good food.
Some minor issues with the room. Toilet seat's...

”Terrible. I expected so much better for the price. Location was great, but that's where the positives end. Staff for check in was incredibly rude. Kept stopping check in with me to assist other travelers. Then got to the room and it was stifling. Called the front desk who said they would send someone to work on it, but the AC never actually cooled the room. Also, the shower was a safety hazard. Very slippery. I actually fell and hurt my hip. ”We love the Berkshire and have been staying there when either one of us is in NY for business or pleasure. The biggest asset by far is the unbelievable staff. The hotel keeps folx for decades. They know their business, their clients and their city. If you want Pierre-level service without the Pierre price tag, stay at the Berkshire. ”
