The apartment features a living area, an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace overlooking a lawn.

-In the living area, you’ll find a cozy atmosphere with an open kitchen. It features a sofa that converts into a sofa bed and a TV where you can relax and watch a movie.

-The open kitchen is spacious, functional, and equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes:
Induction cooktop, pots, pans, utensils, sink, dining table, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, and coffee maker.

-The bedroom is elegant and spacious, with a large double bed, sheets, pillows, and a comforter. You’ll also find a dresser for convenient storage of your personal belongings.

-The bathroom features a spacious shower stall, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer.

In addition, a complimentary toiletries kit is available for your use.

The apartment also features high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or seamless internet browsing.

Guest Access
In-person verification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will give you the keys.

PLEASE OBSERVE THE CHECK-IN TIMES ( (15:00 - 21:00). IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.

We also offer a crib service for families. However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything your baby needs.
The rental fee is only 20€.
There is a 15€ charge for separate beds.

We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
