The location was perfect-very close to Duomo, subway stations, restaurants, and shopping districts. It was very safe to walk outside even at night. The room was clean and quiet, and all staff were professional. We will stay here again.

The design of the rooms are nice and specious and location is nice. However, the hotel is located in a crowded area so it is not possible to leave your windows open. It’s very load and on our trip AC wasn’t available even though it’s listed that they have AC. It was nearly 80 degrees and we couldn’t open the windows due to noise and with AC not working it was incredibly uncomfortable. Also the hotel was under construction, we couldn’t use the main lobby until our last day.

Only the location is good. Air Conditioning was broken and did not work for the whole stay. The staff for the first couple of days told us that this is the requirement of the city of Milan but we asked friends who stayed at other hotels and told us that their AC is working. They then told us that the AC is broken and under repair. The reception was under construction for the first 3 days and we had to use the service elevator. The "upgarded suite" was terrible with sticky plastic floors and old furniture. We required to go to a normal room that was in a better condition. They kept resisting for 2 days and then moved us when we made a fuss about it.

We had sleepless nights in this hotel because the AC doesn’t work. It was 80F (27C) in the room which made It impossible to be in the room or sleep! When we tried to talk with the front desk they were of no help and basically told us to deal with it. They blamed the infrastructure in the city of Milano and said no hotel has AC this time of year, which is a joke. Why didn’t they tell us at checkin. They said to open the windows but then mosquitoes came in and buzzed/bit us all night. Again, the hotel staff does nothing to help the situation and should really be sent back to hospitality school. As a Premium VIP member, no complimentary room upgrade or wine was offered as stated in the booking. I can understand they didn’t have any rooms left to upgrade but did they run out of wine too in Milan? Stay far away from this place!!

The only issue I had at check-in was the fact the hotel was refurbishing the reception and this was not notified until the day before arriving even though the refurb had been active for many weeks. Otherwise the hotel was perfect- 10/10 for Location, Staff, and the room. We will return to the hotel and I would recommend it to friends.

A sad story; we arrived at 26th Jan to hotel in the evening, came a long way drive through Bologna. When we arrived at reservation desk, an employee of hotel (I will not disclose her name here) didnt allow us in. She was not able to see confirmed booking even after we saw it on her monitor after double checking with hotels.com. Thankfully and luckily another colleague Carlo has arrived and fixed the issue in 2 minutes. Before that we had to pay extra for already confirmed room, and also were not confirmed for the next two overnight stays. It was very uncomfortable unconfident moments with my wife in a late hour of evening. On the other hand we lost the dinner time, there were no more places open after two hours of waiting and trying to fix this issue with the hotel. I can confirm that this hotel has some people working who are not able to understand the issue in deep and support you in evening time. When we asked to her that : can you call someone responsible; she answered: no there is no other responsible colleague only me and Carlo! So if there was someone like her instead of Carlo, our stay will be quite more dangerous and not safe; we might not have found a room available in that hour even we had a confirmed booking! This was my second and most probably last stay in this hotel; and I strongly dont suggest this to anyone for the reasons I mentioned. I believe you can find a safe hotel around. I suggest hotels.com to take this hotel out from their offer.
