RUSSO15 — Nolo Urban Living by Hospity is a large studio apartment on the first floor of a typical Milanese railing building, located in the heart of the NoLo district.
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is ideal for those looking for an authentic stay in one of the most dynamic and creative areas of Milan. The spaces are well organized and in excellent condition, with a comfortable and functional environment.
The living/sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, while the kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and everything necessary for daily life. The bathroom completes the equipment of the apartment.
Among the services available: air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine and automatic check-in, for maximum flexibility during your stay.
Located in the NoLo district (North of Loreto), the apartment allows you to experience Milan in an authentic way, with independent clubs, ethnic restaurants, cafes and creative spaces, with excellent connections to the city center.

City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 14 nights

The apartment can only be occupied by the maximum number of guests indicated in the reservation.
We invite you to use the apartment's furniture, appliances and equipment carefully and to promptly report any damage or malfunction.
Before going out, check that you have turned off lights, air conditioning and small appliances and that you have closed doors and windows.
Check-out is expected by the time indicated in the booking to allow subsequent guests to prepare the apartment.
