Stylish and Quiet Flat Next to Metro + AC

Welcome to our two-bedroom apartment in Milan's central Brera district, near Garibaldi and Moscova metro stations and around a 10-minute journey from the Duomo. Despite the central location, the apartment sits in the inner part of Corso Garibaldi, facing a quiet courtyard and lawn.

The apartment has air conditioning, two 160x200cm beds, a sofa bed in the living room, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV and a private all-in-one washer-dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, microwave, oven, kettle, cooking utensils and appliances.

The living room, kitchen, main bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. The second bedroom and washer-dryer are on a mezzanine reached by stairs, which may be challenging for guests with mobility difficulties. The apartment has a private entrance, a reinforced entrance door and electric rolling shutters. The entire apartment is for guests' exclusive use.

A doorman is available Monday–Friday, 08:00–13:00 and 14:30–18:30, and Saturday 08:00–11:00. Self check-in is available using a lockbox; arrival instructions are supplied privately. We are available to assist during your stay.

Check-in is from 16:00 and checkout is before 11:00. Please let us know your planned arrival and departure times and any special requirements. Earlier arrival or later departure is subject to availability and prior agreement.

Maximum occupancy is four registered guests. Pets are welcome, up to three, subject to the pet fee. Please do not walk or allow pets on the communal lawn. Only registered guests may enter the apartment; visitors require prior approval. Parties, events, smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00.

This is a residential building. Occasional outside noise, emergency vehicles, maintenance or activity in nearby apartments may occur. Please keep noise moderate, common entrances closed and common areas clear; do not park in unauthorised courtyard areas or interfere with shared building equipment. Follow the supplied waste and recycling instructions, keep common spaces clean, and keep pets under control. Do not hang laundry or display items externally where prohibited by the building rules. Please report accidental damage promptly so we can help.

An exterior security camera records the common area outside the apartment. Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are declared present. No noise-decibel monitor is declared.
