Perustason hyvä hotelli. Aamupala perustasoa. Huoneissa äänieristys varsin heikko sisällepäin, kadun äänet eivät toisin kuuluneet laisinkaan. Hotelli mainostaa ilmastointia, mutta ainakaan majoittumisemme aikana ilmastointi ei ollut käytössä (huoneen lämpötila 25-26 astetta ilmastointilaitteen mukaan), vaikka asiasta erikseen kysyimme. Hotelliravintolasta saa perustason ruokaa kohtuulliseen hintaan. Julkiset kulkuyhteydet varsin lähellä.

Hotelli oli siisti, hyvällä sijainnilla, sekä aamiainen oli tarpeeksi kattava. Ainoa osa-alue, jossa oli parantamisen varaa oli henkilökunta. Vastaanoton henkilöt eivät katsoneet päinkään kirjautumisen jälkeen.

The hotel was attractive, well maintained, and the staff was amazing. From the front desk, to the bellman, the manager, and the breakfast host and staff, and housekeeping, I never had a more accommodating and helpful staff.

This hotel was spotlessly clean, lovely helpful staff, very comfortable rooms and located in an ideal position to walk to all the high spots of Milan. It is located equidistantly between the Duomo in the centre and the Navigli (canal district) where there is a huge number of restaurants. All in all, a great stay.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly. They made sure we had help taking our bags up to our room. The location is close to a metro which is a popular way to travel in milan but also walking distance from the Duomo cathedral and the high shops in the gallery. There is a near by Tram stop that can take you back from the shops which is nice and there a convenient store close by too. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to fellow travelers

I requested a hotel upgrade, and the staff simply answered "NO" without explanation, followed by a snarky smile. He was very sarcastic and disrespectful in front of others. Not only that, but the air conditioning wasn't working, so we had to sleep with the window open to cool the room.

I’m planning a long stay at this property in the summer so I wanted to check it out for a night. It’s a beautiful, newly renovated hotel. The rooms are lovely, the furniture and bathroom modern and clean. The rooms are a bit small but that’s the standard in Europe. The only downside was the shower - it felt slippery when I stood inside to shower. There was also a faint sewage smell in the hallway. I alerted the staff and they took care of it. If you manage to get a good price then I definitely recommend this hotel.
