The space
Discover a cozy and bright apartment, ideal for those seeking comfort, style, and relaxation. The apartment features three spacious rooms furnished in a contemporary style, designed to offer a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 features a comfortable double bed, a desk, a large closet, a dresser, and a mirror. The window is equipped with curtains and blackout blinds to ensure a restful sleep.

Bedroom 2 features a large double bed, a desk, a closet, a TV stand, an elegant decorative painting, and access to a charming little balcony. Curtains are also provided here to ensure privacy and comfort.

Bedroom 3 is functional and well-organized, with a desk and television, two small closets, and one large closet complete with hangers for convenient storage of all your clothes. The window provides pleasant natural light.

The bathroom, modern and well-finished, is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, sink with mirror, window, washing machine, and heating.

The dining area is spacious and inviting, with a table and chairs, perfect for sharing meals together. It is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. From here, you can access a balcony equipped with roller shutters and blackout curtains.

The property also features a very spacious balcony, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

Check-in-in takes place at our office, with access to the apartment available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You must provide your identification documents before arrival; without them, we will not be able to accommodate your stay.

If you plan to arrive early or late, please let us know via chat so we can make the necessary arrangements.

For arrivals after 9:00 PM, there is a €50 surcharge. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM (no later than this time).
Check-out is by 10:00 AM; any delays will incur an additional charge of €15 for each extra hour.

To ensure a smooth stay, please do not disconnect the Wi-Fi: the apartment’s access system may not function properly.

Please remember that following the house rules is essential: any violations may result in penalties.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib service for families. However, we need to know in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
There is a €15 charge for separate beds.
