The apartment is located on Via Giovanni Labus, in a quiet residential neighborhood in northern Milan, known for its authentic atmosphere and convenient amenities.

The neighborhood offers the perfect blend of local life and easy access to transportation. The location is ideal for experiencing Milan like a local.

With excellent public transportation, you can easily reach Milan Cathedral and the venues of the Salone del Mobile.

The Space

-🛏️ The apartment features 2 comfortable double beds complete with pillows, sheets, and a comforter, as well as 2 single beds.

After a busy day, you can relax in front of the TV, watching your favorite movie or TV show. 📺

The dining area features a dining table with chairs, perfect for sharing meals with your partner, friends, or family.

-🍳 The kitchen with a balcony is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker ☕, as well as pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, and kitchen utensils.

-🚿 The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower, bidet, and hair dryer.

Guest Access
In-person verification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with the digital keys.

PLEASE OBSERVE THE CHECK-IN TIMES ( (15:00 - 21:00). IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of €50 for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib service for families. However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything your baby needs.
The rental fee is only 20€.
There is a 15€ charge for separate beds.

We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
