”Staying on the main drag is not for everyone - it's noisy and there are bright lights at night. But it was perfect for us. You can see the ocean and the waves breaking just above the dune. You can people watch. Everyone can go where they want without worrying about taking the car. It's a bit shabby but clean, comfortable, and everything works. Lots of room for a family. Easy to get help via text. Lots of beach chairs and towels. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to Rehoboth. ”

”This is a perfect location for access to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shopping without having to drive. The condo is clean and comfortable with a small patio overlooking the beach. It is a studio but it was large enough for us for three nights with two kids ages 13 and 11. The check in and out instructions were clear and easy. We enjoyed our stay. ”

”This penthouse was the best! It was much more spacious than the pics, and the porch was much bigger as well; it quickly became one of our favorite hang out spots all weekend. The floors were a bit sandy when we got there but otherwise the place was very clean. We did have an issue with the AC our first night but Kathryn was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. ”The Rodney House was so comfy, so welcoming, and perfectly located. There were also a number of "little things" that really added to the experience: snacks in kitchen, local beers in the fridge, and a carafe of cold water in the bedroom. We'd been to Lewes plenty of times before, but this is the first time we stayed in town, and the Rodney House provided a great home base. Highly Recommend! ”

”When I arrived to the apartment the key was not in the lock box. It was late and I called Chelsea. She immediately called me back and explained where the key was due to an issue with the new lock box. She was quite attentive and respinsive.
