Sampson at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Great location for downtown access and clean rooms.

The staff were extremely welcoming. Eric in particular deserves a big thank you for his excellent work. The only negative was that the valet brought us the wrong car, which caused us to wait unnecessarily for ours. Overall, the hotel was very pleasant and everything went smoothly.
