”Perfect stay for what we needed. Rooms recently redone was a very comfortable stay. Staff were friendly particularly the guy who worked Sunday and all day Monday! Great that we could park, bar was good, everything was clean and we had a nice breakfast. Plus we had a great 2 nights sleep. Not too noisy and very well priced. Great location. ”
”Had questions about arriving on the Queen's funeral day but my message or email were never answered. During Sunday or holiday found it a bit difficult to reach the staff as either there were no one there or phone was off. So I would say communication didn't work the best way. Otherwise no problems, great location, so near to train station and also near to the castle. We walked easily to every place in Warwick town centre and its surroundings. Modest breakfast but wasn't expecting too much...
”Clean and comfortable. Swimming pool facilities good with children’s area, small sauna, large steam room and jacuzzi and towels provided. Breakfast was absolutely fine but not a huge choice and some items had run out by 9am and didn’t appear to being replaced. Would recommend especially if a golfer. Swimming pool closing mid August for some refurbishment. ”
