”Nice location , price and ambiance BUT I had three simple questions when I checked in. The receptionist knew the answer to none of them ( had to check ) : would there be coffee in the morning ? Answer No, not til the restaurant opened at 830 am !!!( Old COFFEE Inn ?!? ). Was the restaurant still open ( closing at 8pm ...didn't know what they were serving ). Would the 8pm World Cup match be shown ? ( Mind you there was a sign out front advertising it ). NO, they only put the TV on for England...

”The room was well decorated and clean. Two fans were provided which were welcome as the stay was in a heatwave. Good supply of tea, coffee etc and bathroom products. Adequate parking. Very good service at breakfast, food was quick and good. Staff friendly.”

”Had questions about arriving on the Queen's funeral day but my message or email were never answered. During Sunday or holiday found it a bit difficult to reach the staff as either there were no one there or phone was off. So I would say communication didn't work the best way. Otherwise no problems, great location, so near to train station and also near to the castle. We walked easily to every place in Warwick town centre and its surroundings. Modest breakfast but wasn't expecting too much...

”We had a cool room and the shower worked. It’s great that the Jephson has parking unfortunately we parked in the street on Saturday - very busy. Walking distance from the centre of Leamington with lovely pubs and restaurants nearby.”

”Contracted property earlier in the afternoon to request a early check-in as weather was bad, left a message but no-one got back to me. Eventually braved the rain and went to the property, no reply when I rang the bell. Looked on-line for possible other contact number to see that the property was closed. As the town was busy that weekend there was no affordable places for me and my daughter to stay so the only option we had was to head to train station and buy tickets to return to Newcastle. This...

”We had this hotel booked as part of a birthday trip to the F1 at Silverstone. We had been looking forward to the trip since Christmas, so our experience left us feeling extremely disappointed. The hotel grounds are stunning and upon arrival we were very impressed with the main building. This is the part of the hotel shown on their photos and is what we had based our stay around. After check-in, we were escorted to a separate building where our room was. This forms the basis of our extremely poor...

”Had a really wonderful stay even though it was only for a day. The room is clean and surprisingly spacious, good pool and steam room. Breakfast spread was good too. Looking forward to coming back soon.”

”Nice, comfortable bedroom but you could hear the noise from the road. View to a meadow. English breakfast ok, but I missed cheese and cold cuts on my slice of bread. Gym was good. Nothing to do within short walking distance, and I didn't find a nice route for evening walk either. I stayed here because had a meeting here, but next time would opt for a hotel in town.”

”It was a family get together and I only needed a place to sleep, breakfast was a bonus. Not the best area of town but that didn’t matter, however I am disabled and staff did help with my stroller with the steep stairs. It was cheap and clean and it was very good for what I needed. There wasn’t a pool.”
