During Sunday or holiday found it a bit difficult to reach the staff as either there were no one there or phone was off. So I would say communication didn't work the best way. Otherwise no problems, great location, so near to train station and also near to the castle. We walked easily to every place in Warwick town centre and its surroundings. ”Staff were great, and very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good selections for food and a relaxing bar for after. Area is a bit out from the centre but within walking distance. Also area is quiet for this reason. Recommended.”

”Check in was smooth and easy. Charlie was very pleasant and helpful. The room was prepared well and clean and tidy. Hotel facilities were good. Restaurant food was nicely prepared and presented and was very tasty.
The coffee machine (premier room) was a bit of a faff to use but when it was figured out, produced nice coffee.
One comment we read said there was a £10 parking charge. This was not the case and parking was free for travellers, but you must register the vehicle at reception.”

”A bit off the beaten path but served it's purpose. First time booking premier inn on Expedia and had issues with a cancellation that Premier Inn was not wanting to correct. I have used Premier Inn a lot personally and for my business, but due to this frustration with their handling of a the cancellation request, I will be rethinking booking with them in the future.”
