”Such a unique place to stay. The pub has amazing food; loved getting breakfast in the morning. Everything was super easy. Would’ve loved some amenities in the room for us to store and heat up food, but still a lovely room.”

”A friendly welcome although despite checking in online we still had to repeat the process at reception. The parking instructions had changed since we had made the booking only a few days earlier so we had to move the car. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a lovely welcome note which was a nice touch. The shower curtain bracket was broken in the en-suite which we reported to reception although the curtain could still be used. There was plenty of hot water however, the water...

”Room was basic but clean and orderly. The beds were a bit hard but good enough for a nights sleep. Lights in the room operated on a timer rather than a switch, not sure why you can’t turn them on and off with a switch to save power, but that seems like a YHA quirk rather than the hostel itself. Staff were friendly and engaging, and facilities were good to make breakfast. There are no towels or soap so make sure to bring basic supplies for as long as your there. overall had a great stay.”

”From the moment we arrived to the moment we left our stay at the lansdowne was perfect. Comfortable room spotlessly clean with a few nice touches like shampoo shower gel and a well stocked hot drinks tray with biscuits and chocolates. Staff were extremely efficient and attentive. A goid choice at breakfast and all cooked well. Comfortable lounge to sit in and a bar if you wanted a drink. Can't fault this hotel and we will be booking again the next time we visit Llandudno.”

”The bed in room 8 was very spongy. So much so that it was difficult to turn over without bouncing out of the bed! Poor night's sleep. Amenities...bathroom with the toilet so close to the basin you can rest your chin on it! Plenty of room to adjust! Poor value for money.”

”I felt I was in an Agatha Christie story for the whole stay! We felt very welcome all the time, and the atmosphere was excellent. Ian offered us warm and friendly service throughout the stay. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. We wish to come again, hopefully during the summer season! ”
