The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

I was really disappointed about the bath in my room was not draining well it takes ages to drain, after draining the bath would be dirty from the water that was draining. Not a happy customer hope things would improve. Staff was really professional and very nice

Breakfast had a good variety and staff were quick and polite. The Bar staff didnât seem to know which bar we could get what drink from and were quite slow in serving. Reception staff were efficient and very pleasant
