A really comfortable super kibg sized bed, massive wslk in shower, good tea and coffee facilities in our room. It was quiet, so we had a good nights sleep (just what we wanted). I would stay again. ”

”Lovely hotel but a bit dated. Needs some good cleaning and fixing up. Staff were okay but not as friendly as I would expect and the corridors and common areas weren't the cleanest (mainly dusty)”

”The main complain is that the client service was not so friendly in the reception. The receptionists helped if required but it was evident that they were not happy serving you. ”

”The Bridge is a lovely place to stay and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. It was nice to have windows that open properly - and onto the river which is pretty. Easy parking and a good breakfast. Highly recommended.”

”Castle House stands in the grounds of a small castle. It has an electric gated entrance and there are CCTV cameras everywhere - even on the hot tub. The property has recently gone through renovation and is very modern and well maintained throughout. TVs in bedroom 1, lounge and kitchen with full Sky packages, Kitchen has everything you need and hot tub and sauna were an excellent addition. Beds were very comfortable. Small negatives: couple of chipped cups, dusty unit in bedroom 1, bathroom...

”Although it was clean the room that I had this time needed some upgrading, for example there was no toilet roll holder, just holes in the wall where it had been, grout was missing between the bathroom floor tiles. The walk from the car park was completely dark and uneven/potholed. That made it unsafe. However, the staff made up for the poor impression that condition of the premises. Very good breakfast and good service.”

”Clean and comfortable room with a view of the park. Had to put the kettle on the floor to plug it in as it was the only available socket. Good choice for breakfast. Had to go and ask for tea and coffee at breakfast as the 2 staff on duty were busy tidying up and refilling the breakfast buffet. Sign at restaurant entrance said please wait to be seated - there was no-one around to do this so just went in. ”
