The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

The staff were very welcoming and polite. There is ample parking. We stayed in a suite which was spacious, clean and had good amenities. Now one of favourite hotels in uk. Staff made a special effort for my partners birthday and hotel and grounds are stunningly beautiful. Spa was great as was the food. Probably the tastiest sole I've had. Eating out in uk is too expensive nowadays but this was worth it
