Exquisitely Refurbished Cottage on Lake Miltona

Brand new listing!

This gorgeously renovated cottage on the north shore of Lake Miltona provides the perfect vacation spot for friends and families alike.

The lakeside main bedroom comes with a king size bed, a gorgeous view of the lake and fantastic sunsets. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and the bunk room has two sets of full size bunk beds.

The open layout provides a fantastic kitchen, dining, and living space all with a great lakeside view. The pictures do more to describe it than anything we can write!

The lakeside 3 season porch also provides a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the lake when a little reprieve from the sun is needed. The lakeside firepit is sure to be the spot where you gather to share your stories and reminisce.

A dock is provided (exterior photos will be updated when it is completely installed) and you are 5 minutes from the public access, so bring your boat or pontoon and enjoy all that Lake Miltona has to offer!

Great place!
The area is beautiful with many wonderful activities available to us. The cabin is wonderful. The kids enjoyed having their own room! We all thought the beach area and dock were wonderful. Great get away for all of us. Thank you very much!

Labor Day 2023
Super cute and charming cabin, which provided a great place to relax, be silly and play games throughout the property and in the double bunk bedroom. The galley kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals, the grill outside was great, easy to use. The amenities of Lake Miltona were gorgeous, with sandy beaches that we took our boat out on and recreated all day. Fishing was good not great, but that’s my husband’s fault not the lakes. The only thing to consider is the weede beach. There was a weed remover allowing our kids to play on the sand bar. We hope to be back.

Girls Weekend at the Lake
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The cabin was very clean and the host was great with communication. Lake access was easy and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect family getaway!
The cottage on Lake Miltona was absolutely perfect for our getaway (4 adults, 4 kids). Renovations are amazing, great flat lot straight out to the lake. We rented a pontoon and having the public launch only 2 minutes was great! Highly recommend this place, will definitely stay again!

Great find!
Place seemed larger than pictures showed. Kids bunkroom was awesome and a seperate space for them to get away with a pullout couch, table and games. The other two rooms were large with plenty of space for a pack and play or luggage,, sometimes bedrooms are very small and tight for space, but not here.. The kitchen and living space was great. Everything was very clean. Only downfall we noticed was water in the kitchen sink ran extremely slow... like so slow it was hard to even wash the sink out.

Moms weekend away
We were a group of 7 moms doing a “moms weekend” and overall we had a great time. The bedrooms were super spacious! We enjoyed time around the fire and playing games / having meals in the porch. A few items that would have made the stay that much better…. - there were no garbages cans in the bathrooms and the bathtub drained super slow. -the kitchen amenities were lacking…. there were no spices / salt / pepper in the kitchen nor was there any aluminum foil ir Saran Wrap. There was also not a large pan to cook with. - while the lake bottom is hard sand, it’s also super weedy. There is an area at the end of the dock that has a machine that clears out the weeds, but the rest is super weedy. Other than that the stay was great!

I thought the property was beautiful - particularly the cabin and bedrooms. The cabin was extremely clean. Josh was a terrific communicator. Only two minor things meant to be helpful v. critical - only kitchen appliance missing was a toaster and it may be helpful to let the guests know how to tell if the septic is getting full - a good neighbor let the property managaement know! We had a great time. It is not as remote as we anticipated but that was our own expectation v. the description of the property itself.

Awesome lake side cottage!!
This was a great place for our family to stay! We had 9 people and didn’t feel crowded at all. Lots of space for everyone! Nice yard with private dock! Would absolutely stay here again!!
