Parking on premises. Superb location next to the river Tweed. Excellent evening meal . Breakfast a bit disorganised.

Hotel was spotless and generally spectacular. Major issue was not being able to get a lounger at the spa, and when mentioned to the spa staff very little was done to help (there were many loungers not being used, and proper policing would have made this more enjoyable for all) A handful of others ...

Room was very clean and bed comfortable. We ate in the cafe and the food was lovely and staff very helpful. We also had a lovely countryside view from our room
