Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport by IHG
The hotel itself is clean, affordable, and has reasonable pricing for parking ($15 per overnight). There’s also a free shuttle to get to the Mall of America or the hotel and back.
