”I have stayed at Hotel Sunrise on several occasions and for a hotel under $100 per night in San Francisco, it can’t be beat. The location is relatively safe and highly walkable with many bars, restaurants, cafes, food stores within a half mile radius. The 16th street BART station is a 5 mins walk away. ”Not sure if the write up mentioned it was a 3rd story walk-up, but it is; not a big deal except when arriving with bags. The larger forward bedroom can be a little noisy with road traffic and the 4 am street sweeping. The second bedroom is small with a twin bed. The place was clean without any issue besides the ones mentioned above. If I made a trip to SF again, I would not hesitate staying here again. The neighborhood is in transition (for the better) and felt safe while around town. Next...
