Nice hotel for a reasonable price. Nothing to complain about

I work myself in a 5 - star hotel in Finland , so I was curious to see what the hotels do the same way, and what is done different. My expectations were high, but they were still outdone. The hotel respects the Hotels.com gold level membership, so I received upgrade and access to the lounge area with complimentary drinks and small snacks. The hotel was well staffed, with concierge services and help with carrying luggages readily available. The room quality was crisp and in good condition, especially the price of the room & room quality ratio was very good. The hotel has a free shuttle bus coming to, and departing from the hotel, and taxi stop just outside the entrance. I preferred walking,and the hotel is just half an hour walk away from Umeda, and 10-15 minutes walk about from closest metro station. Good variety of food and restaurant options in property, such as bar with "rarities" like import beers. I had time for breakfast only one morning, but the quality and the variety was excellent. Also the lounge area has a spacious cafe area that was oriented towards green tea treats. Also patisserie that sold different kinds of treats, quality pastries and (eatable) souvenirs.
