This was a perfect place to stay for our trip to Moab! The tiny house community is clean, comfortable, and convenient to downtown restaurants and shopping. Great base for exploring Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Great communication from host! Would definitely stay here again!

This place was absolutely amazing, it was very clean and comfortable. The owner has gone way out of her way to supply it with high quality cooking and eating utensils and the grounds are very clean. I will recommend this place to everyone.

What a gem! this quiet property was perfect after a day at Arches. Nice room including fridge, small cooktop, microwave. Very peaceful.

Adorable! Communication was awesome and this was perfectly situated for our needs. The only thing to be aware of IMHO is that the room seemed very humid so our towels did not dry and having a little better marker for the property parking lot would be helpful... we missed it twice on our arrival.

What a unique place to stay! The unit was laid out strategically to make the most of the space, and we really appreciated the kitchen so we could make some meals instead of just eating at restaurants. Another plus was the location: we could walk to the shops on the main drag and the food truck park, and there was a park across the street. My only complaint was the bed frame stuck out just a bit, so we stubbed toes or banged shins on it mutliple times. That is a very minor complaint, though. It was really a great property.

Perfect for my stay! Quiet, convenient and walkable to downtown attractions, and a SUPEr comfortable bed - seriously, I wish I could being it back home with me. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay
Kokopelli West was a wonderful stay while in Moab. Extremely clean rooms with a small well stocked kitchen. There is a hot tub on property which was much needed after a long day at the parks. Such a great experience and would definitely choose Kokopelli West again!

Wonderful place to stay!
Kokopelli West is a wonderful place to stay! Located right in the middle of Moab, it is a cute collection of 10 tiny houses in a U-shape. In the courtyard you will find a grill, seating, and a hot tub. The houses are cozy, clean, and well-stocked with items to make cooking simple meals easy. The bed is comfortable, shower hot, and heating/cooling system easy to use. The location makes walking to many restaurants and bars very easy. The ease of accessing the rented house via emailed door code worked very well. I have already recommended others to stay here, and will continue to recommend to others visiting the area.

Moab Gem!
Our family of 4 stayed at this lovely place for a weekend of hiking and exploring. It was the perfect Basecamp! The beds were comfortable and having the built in bunk beds were great for the kids! The kitchen has everything you needed to make a meal. Pots, pans, cooking untilcils, strainers, storage containers even spices and cooking spray. There was a Keurig, toaster, 2 burner stovetop and a full size fridge. The hot tub was very relaxing after hiking and they provided large beach towels in addition to bathroom towels. The property is very clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for a family of 4! We were able to walk everywhere in town. The bunkbeds gave the kids a space of their own. The setup was very comfortable. The only criticism is that there is not a table in the room to eat at. There is a bar that will seat two. Would stay there again.

Location was excellent to be able to walk around to shops and dining. The housekeeper (Jennifer) was so kind & helpful and made us feel welcome. The unit , while small was comfortable and modern. We would definitely stay there on our next trip. Something that we would have liked that was missing was some hooks for hanging backpacks, jackets, etc. being there is limited space .

Good and bad, this is my honest opinion of my stay. Booking was easy and communication with the host was great. I received the entry code before arriving. I loved the location, It is off the busy main street, quiet, but still walking distance from many places to eat and shop. The first thing I noticed was the parking area was almost full. There are 10 units and only 9 regular parking spots and one handicap. If you get a spot, don't leave! We drove to get dinner and when we returned, all spots were filled, even the no parking area next to the handicap had a vehicle. We stayed in unit 8 which is in the back. Nice and quiet, or so I thought. It was next to the hot tub which had 5 noisy people up late. Upon entering the tiny home, it felt like just that - a tiny home! Anything and everything you could want was here. It is obvious there was a lot of time and attention to details put into these rooms. An incredible use of space. Fridge doors need reversed. There was an odor of bleach which makes you think it has been cleaned and disinfected well. The bed was large and comfortable. The previous guest may have been sasquatch, as there were hairs (long and short) in the bed sheets. What really was the shocker was finding that the toilet had been used and not flushed, which begs the question - had this place really been cleaned? There were also hairs on and around the toilet. We can overlook a lot, but a "used" toilet was an unacceptable find. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Communication was awesome, bungalows are super cute & very clean, & they have a fire pit & hot tub, along with a small parking lot for those staying. You can easily walk to the main street for shopping & food, or other food options (like the food truck park or Thai Bella). We would definitely stay here again.

I’m usually easily grossed out by hotels and stays but this property went above and beyond my expectation on cleanliness. Amenities are top notch. Room was definitely designed with lots of care for guests’ comfort. Location are convenient if visiting the Arches National Park.

Adorable... Super clean, amazingly well stocked with spices, dishes and appliances. Hard to find in the dark (maybe just add "driveway across from the hardware store"?) Hot tub was hot and (but the silver numbers on the lock were hard to see) Wish we had a longer stay

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the national parks, and it was wonderful - our favorite place on all our trips this year. Extremely clean, great communication, great location right downtown close to everything, quiet and comfortable. Great value for the money. Loved it, and are recommending it to everyone who goes to Moab!

Great Tiny house for your Moab stay.
Great location for our trip to Arches and Canyon lands. Very clean overall and comfy bed after long days of adventure. Can walk to amazing restaurants and retail. 10 units with 9 parking spaces plus one accessible space. Communal gathering space ( which we didn’t use, but great idea) has a hot tub and large table with grill to use and chill out chairs. Two chairs on your porch as you enter your tiny home which was good for any dirty clothes that needed to dry. Cooking space inside and a small counter top with two stools for eating. Bathroom sliding door was a little tricky but got the hang of quickly. It stuck shut, but you had to make sure it was on the track to open it. Great tiny home for a home base for our 5 days of hiking and vacationing. Will definitely be back. If you are on the fence, book it. You won’t be disappointed.

What a wonderful little place. So perfect! . Parking very close, felt safe the whole time. Super clean, there were little elm beetles in the room but those are harmless and impossible to escape some bugs in the desert. Room was super clean and so beautiful. I would suggest staying here and will visit again. The dog barkery is across the street and they have an amazing amount of treats and toys. There are places to eat within a block or two. Great room for parents and kids. Bunk beds are adorable with their own tiny windows. We didn’t use the hot tub as it was way to hot for that but I could see in the cooler months that being amazing. The dumpster was very full the whole time, that was the only downside. Everything else was perfect. The sheets and bed were awesome as well. There is everything you need in the kitchen to make a meal and the coffee maker and pods was a big plus. The young housekeeper was so sweet and you can tell the owner really cares about her property. This would be the perfect property for a large family to rent out all ten little homes, plenty of space in the commons area for meeting up and enjoying dinners together and you couldn’t find a better location, so close to the bars, shops and restaurants yet peaceful and quiet.

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was done well from inside the mini home to the common amenites. Communication for arrival and departure was perfect. We were there primarily to visit Arches NP. We left for Arches at about 4:15 a.m. and were rolling thru the entance gate by 4:30 and hiking to our first Arch well before sunrise.

This property is simply exceptional. The “tiny houses” approach is unique, the design keeping the noise down and hitting all the right notes aesthetically. The amenities are first rate including a community hot tub and barbecue grill in the cozy common area, modern kitchen and bathroom, and excellent beds and linens. The Kokopelli West has a friendly and welcoming vibe and we enjoyed staying there very much.
