” It was a fully booked hotel but we were able to to find parking alright. The staff were very nice. However, our room had a very concerning odor, like must mixed with urine. The Door to our building had issues and sometimes would not open with our key card. The pancake machine and juice machine were not functioning properly. ”

”Pretty disappointing. I usually don’t care much about the room, as long as there’s a shower and a bed for cheap. This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it. Every day it filled up while I was out, leaving the room at 75% humidity. The shower curtain has mold. 3 of the 4 corners of the room are moldy. There is mold...

”They stole my property and lied about it. I had a brand new pack of knives that I left when they move me to another due to the condition of that room. Roaches were in the new room they moved me too so I left the hotel and went to another hotel. I left my snake skin belt on the chair went back and was told it was thrown away like they said was done with the knives. Are you suppose to hold customers property just in case they come for it? Mind you I checked out today so how you don’t have it?...

”I’ve traveled a lot in my life, and rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel was awful. I do not recommend staying here. The building looked like it was slapped together in a rush. The floors were uneven all over, it made me feel very disoriented. The walls have cracks all over. I let my 8 month old crawl on the floor expecting it be clean.. and her knees and hands turned black after only a few seconds on the floor.
