”Terrific house that is perfect for friends and family to stay at and enjoy the strip and have a great place to come back to for some rest and recharging. Our dogs loved it too! The pool is not heated which I think is a good thing, it was perfect temperature for a 105 degree day. ”

”The Host Gary was so hospitable and gave us a thorough tour of the home. We felt comfortable and knowledgeable about where everything was and how to use the hot tub, pool, temperature. It was an easy drive into The Strip, and affordable for everyone who came. We purchased food and cooked it at home - a reminder to bring what you need for it! Loved that it had 2 fridges and freezers. The casita was great for those who wanted their own space. ”

”The pool was great, there were trees and bushes over the pool that helped to keep it livable even with 113 degree heat. It was very cooling to use the pool. We had 18 people use the property and we had enough chairs, beds etc.”

”We were amazed by the house. It was is Bigband we had more than enough space (four persons). We enjoyed also the outside area. Although we would think about booking to heat the pool. Especially in the mornings and evenings it was quite cold (although ot was very hot during the day). Great kitchen for cooking. With a car you are in the city within 10 minutes. ”

But to my surprise, I discovered the day before that I couldn't gather my friends and family to celebrate my birthday at the residence. Even though I respected the noise and schedule rules, the host stated that only 16 people are allowed in the residence, even if they're not sleeping. ”Clean property in new home (2025). Beds comfortable. But property is pretty stark. No commonly expected items in the kitchen were available. Had to provide everything ourselves, including coffee filters and water. ”

The kitchen was great, though there were a few things I would expect in a "fully stocked" kitchen that weren't there (nothing major, but there weren't dish towels for drying, hot pads, or measuring cups/ spoons).
