The three times we left over two days I use the QR code on the little ticket they give you to request your car be pulled up and basically requested 30 minutes in advance which is not a problem whatsoever. ”Our room was beautiful looking down on Cannery Row, Monterey. Well appointed, warm and inviting. The staff is exceptional! Friendly and professional. Our continental breakfast was fresh and hot. The fireplace added to the warmth of the room, though it was too warm to use. Will definitely return!”

”We stayed there two nights during our roadtrip. The hotel was quite nice. We had to be in contact to the hotel beforehand several times, since the reception closes already at 5pm. The rooms were spacious but a bit worn out, our friends bathroom door was stucked, but luckily the staff was still there when it happened. There was an odd moldy odour in the room. Otherwise the location was good, near the ocean and Monterey and the center of Pacific Grove can be easily reached by bus or by car. ”
