Simantro Resort Hotel may not be the newest or most luxurious hotel in Halkidiki, but I can confidently say that it has some of the most caring, attentive, and helpful staff I have ever encountered. On our way to the hotel, one of our friends was involved in a traffic accident. During this difficult time, Anastassia from the front desk and the hotel manager, Mr. Sakis (I hope I have spelled their names correctly), were incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way. They regularly checked on us, showed genuine concern, and followed the situation closely throughout our stay. Apart from that, the rooms were clean, the beach was beautiful, and the service was both good and efficient. The only area that could be improved is the restaurant. On our last evening, we decided to have dinner at the hotel, but we were informed that the restaurant was closing at 9:30 PM. We quickly placed our order, finished our meal, and then moved to the bar area. Thank you very much for everything. We truly appreciated your hospitality and hope to see you again in the future.

Ailece bir gece konakladık çok temiz ve güzel bir ortam odaları güzel. Kahvaltı yeterli bence. Personel gülee yüzlü ve sizi dinliyor. Denize yakın yürüyerek inilecek mesafede.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön , traumhaft , was uns sehr negativ gestimmt hat war, dass wir vor Ort ein weiteres separates Zimmer benötigt haben , wir hatten über Expedia für 6 Personen inkl. half Board 3 Zimmer gebucht , für das separate Zimmer hat man uns einen deutlich höheren Preis abgenommen und nocheinmal half Board berechnet obwohl über Expedia bereits für 6 Personen bezahlt war, das Hotel meinte ich muss das mit Expedia klären ,das hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun ?!

Chambre désuète avec peinture écaillée partout et lézarde . Nourriture pas extraordinaire . Après le personnel fait ce qu’il peut et il est sympathique

Camera sempre pulita, hotel nuovo, piscina pulitissima. Colazione molto varia e completa. Consigliatissimo.
