Ominaisuus Monopolissa kuudelle henkeäsalpaavalta merinäköalalla

Tyylikäs ja tyylikäs huoneisto merinäköalalla, joka sijaitsee Monopolin historiallisessa keskustassa, Apuuliassa. Huoneisto sijaitsee historiallisen rakennuksen toisessa kerroksessa, joka on säilyttänyt viehättävyytensä ja kauneutensa.
Huoneistossa on viihtyisä kuisti, josta on näkymät merelle ja historialliseen keskustaan. Veranta on sisustettu tyylikkäillä huonekaluilla. Se on hiljattain kunnostettu ja kalustettu. Se on kooltaan 100 neliömetriä samassa kerroksessa ja siinä on ilmainen langaton internetyhteys.
Huoneistossa on iso olo / ruokailuhuone, ilmastointi ja mukava parivuodesohva, kaunis kahden hengen huone ja kylpyhuone, jossa on kylpyamme, kahden hengen huone, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa liesi, uuni, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja mikroaaltouuni, kylpyhuone suihkulla ja pesukoneella sekä iso ja mukava veranta henkeäsalpaavasta merinäköalalla.
Kiinteistö on rauhallinen yöpymispaikka, koska se sijaitsee vain 100 metrin päässä ravintoloista ja Monopolin vanhankaupungin paikallisista palveluista. Se on vain 200 metrin päässä historiallisen keskustan kauniista hiekkarannoista, jotka ovat ihanteellisia myös lapsille. Se on muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaupoista, ravintoloista ja palveluista.
Huoneisto on toisessa kerroksessa, eikä siinä ole hissiä. Portaikko on mukava ja sopii lapsille ja aikuisille. Sitä suositellaan lapsiperheille tai pienille ystäväryhmille.

Beautiful apartment, perfectly located, gracious hosts. A few minutes walk to everything in Monopoli. A 14 minute walk to the train station. We had friends staying nearby in a similar apartment at double the price. There were 65 steps up to the apartment, but with a landing every 4 steps, it’s not too steep or arduous at all. Our friends’ apartment had fewer steps but they were very steep.

Review

The apartment and location stellar! The view from the balcony overlooking the harbor was beautiful. However, this property was not on the second floor. There were 65 steps to the door. This would be a difficult climb for many people. I would caution anyone about plenty of free parking nearby. We often searched 15 minutes or more to find a place to to park and at least 15 minutes to walk back to the apartment.

Clean place with a great location!

We loved the place! It was clean, spacious, and full of amenities. Communication with the hosts was helpful and prompt. Overall a great place to hang your hat while in the region! I recommend. Pros: Both bathrooms were of good size and there was a hairdryer available for our use. We were able to clean our clothes and use the drying rack. Beds were comfortable. Location was outstanding. It is right on the edge of the ZTL. Since we drove, that meant we could pull our car up very close by to load and unload before finding a place to park it. It was easy to walk everywhere in Monopoli and easy to use Monopoli as a launch point for all the other great towns in the region. Only drawback of this place is that there are about 60 steps to get to the front door. This is common for the area and it wasn't a big deal for us. But if you have mobility issues, keep in mind there is no elevator. We had a wonderful time and hope to visit again!

Geweldige lokatie en schoon appartement

Het appartement ligt echt perfect! Vlakbij de haven, en op zeer korte afstand van de geweldige mooie binnenstad en gezellige terrasjes en restaurants. Het appartement was brandschoon. Je moet wel goed ter been zijn ivm de trap. Maar het uitzicht is echt mooi. Geweldige vakantie.

Great central location with large terrace and good views

The apartment was very close to restaurants, bars, shops & beaches. We made good use of the large terrace and enjoyed the views. Monopoli was the perfect place to stay in this area. It's easy to walk to the train station for days out. The hostess was very welcoming and efficient.

Come sentirsi a casa.Ideale per una vacanza città e spiaggia.

Siamo stati accolti cordialmente da Fabio e Gabriella . Visita dell'appartamento nel quale c è assolutamente tutto ( e di piu) del necessario. Addirittura mini farmacia. Prodotti per pulizia casa . L'appartamento è tale quale descritto. Le scale? Hanno il loro fascino!!!! E poi dopo qualche giorno non ci si pensa piu! I proprietari sono molto disponibili.(rimediare in giornata al cambio lampadina esterna oppure consigli per emergenza personale) E stato un vero piacere trascorrere una settimana in questo luogo. E se i nostri passi ci riporteranno in Puglia sappiamo dove alloggiare! Grazie mille. Johanna e famiglia.

Everything was just FANTASTIC. Appartment very clean and spacious, amazing terrasse with view on the PORTO. Piero and his wife are lovely and veryyyy kind persons. The location is situated in the middle of the bars/restaurants/shops ... No better place possible to be found in Monopoli. We will come back for sure. Un abbraccio Luigi e famiglia.

Beautiful spacious apartment

Everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment was light and airy with air con if it became too hot. Can't fault the apartment it had everything we needed for a stress free holiday. The apartment is 5 minutes from shops, restaurants and beaches but very quiet in the evening. The terrace was great and safe for our 5 year old and 18 month old grandchildren. If you love fresh fish the restaurants don't disappoint. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Charming apartment with sea view

We just spent a fantastic week in this beautiful apartment in Monopoli and are so sad to leave! The apartment is ideally located in the historic centre and has a generous terrace with views of the town and port. The interior is cool and airy and well equipped for self catering. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful and we look forward to returning soon.

Lovely apartment, beautifully presented, very clean. Perfect location in the old town.

We had a lovely few days staying in this apartment in Monopoli old town. Although close to the main square with a good choice of restaurants it was very quiet at night. There were a lot of stairs though but I am sure we were fitter after 4 days of coming and going. Great apartment. Gabriella was very welcoming. Parking was not straightforward but did not cause too much of a problem. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

A lovely traditional apartment with restaurants right next door.

This apartment is very clean and spacious with traditional furnishings. We loved the terrace with views of the harbour and bars and restaurants are all nearby in the old town. The bedrooms are comfortable with white cotton sheets and an ensuite with the main bedroom. Would certainly recommend a stay here.

Really enjoyed our stay, Monopoli is a lovely town.

We really liked the apartment. When we arrived we climbed several steps, but this was not a problem. The apartment was spacious, with two double bedrooms, one en-suite. The kitchen was fairly small, but perfectly adequate for us, as we ate out several times, there were plenty of plates, pans etc. The terrace outside from the lounge was great, brilliant views of the harbour and its many fishing boats, a highlight was going down to watch them unload their catch in the evening. Monopoli itself is really nice, friendly people and many old churches and alleyways to wander around, the street market on Sunday sells everything from furniture to tropical fish! highly recommended. Would certainly visit again.

comfortable apartment in excellent location

The apartment was more impressive than in the photographs. In particular the balcony is large and private. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was very effective. The bed linen was of good quality cotton (so often we have been given slightly nasty nylon sheets in Italy). Although the view is restricted there was always something going on in the port to keep us entertained. It is the top flat in an old stone palazzo so there are a lot of steps but it is worth the climb. Great central location with dozens of restaurants and bars within a minutes walk but the flat is surprisingly quiet. There is plenty of free parking available though often we could not get as close to home as we might have wanted. And we were happily untroubled by zanzari. Monopoli is a wonderful town with some great beaches. Highly recommended.

We hebben genoten in ons apparement. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en heel schoon. We hadden wel moeite met de trap. We wisten dat het appartement op de tweedw verdieping lag, maar omdat de apparementen zelf hoge zolderingen hebben, was de trap hoger en trapklimmen zwaarder dan we verwacht hadden.10 of meet afzonderlijke trapjes met hoge treden Ons advies is om dit in de advertentie duidelijker te vermelden als het om ouderen gaat.

Wonderful Apartment in Monopoli

This apartment was a truly wonderful experience to stay in. The location is second to none, a short stroll to the harbour, Piazza Garibaldi and Via Garibaldi all of which probably give the very best that Monopoli has to offer! Two good sized double bedrooms, both with double beds and plenty of wardrobe space. One bedroom has a decent ensuite bathroom. The actual bath is very small, purpose built to be sat in, but this leaves plenty of room to move about in when showering. The other bathroom has a large shower with a 'rain forest' showerhead. Both bathrooms have bidets, toilets, sinks and good mirrors with additional lighting. Decent washing machine also in larger bathroom. The kitchen a big fridge and smaller freezer, more than enough for our week long stay. An abundance of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses as well. There are also a coffee making machine, toaster, kettle and microwave along with a standard 4 ring cooker and oven. The dining room has a big dining table with six chairs, two side boards along with a couch and TV. The old school style really blends with the property and the ceiling in the second bedroom is fantastically decorated. The outside terrace is fantastic, we ate all of ours meals, (breakfasts only as we ate out every evening in one of the many very local restaurants), out there, with views of the Adriatic, the harbour and a slice of Piazza Garibaldi to boot. The sun does disappear in the late afternoon but the mornings out there are glorious. It should be noted that the apartment is at the top of 65 steps, however my 74 year old mother coped with a little assistance and some minor puffing and panting. Monopoli in itself is fairly small, I would imagine the entire town could be explored in a lazy afternoon, however, the town is packed with bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops etc. There is even a minimarket and delicatessen within a 5 minute stroll. We had a fantastic time in Monopoli and this apartment was an excellent base for our stay.
