Le camerette by Monholiday

Le Camerette is a comfortable and welcoming apartment, perfect for all types of travelers. It is located in Monopoli, in the province of Bari, at Via Gioberti 11, on the first floor of a building in a strategic position overlooking the city.
The sleeping area includes one double bedroom and can accommodate up to two guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, a coffee machine, and everything you need for a practical and relaxing stay.
The apartment features air conditioning, heating, and fast Wi-Fi connection. Smoking is not permitted inside.
The location is ideal for exploring Monopoli on foot. The historic center is just a 10-minute walk away, Cala Porta Vecchia beach can be reached in about 12 minutes, and the train station is only 7 minutes away. Nearby, you’ll also find Carlo V Castle, the Old Port, and Monopoli Cathedral.
Street parking is available nearby: free in white-lined spaces or paid (1–2 euros per hour) in blue zones. Private parking may be available upon request.

Upon check-in, you will be required to show a photo ID and to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law.
The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 15 to 22. Arrivals after 10 pm are subject to payment of a supplement: between 22 and midnight of 25€.
For long-term stays (longer than 29 nights) it is necessary, at the time of check-in, to sign a contract for the rental and one for the services and to be in possession of an Italian tax code.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In the event of a violation, an amount equal to 200€ will be charged.
Pets are not allowed.
TOURIST TAX:
€1.00 per day per person to be paid at check-in starting from 1 night.
EXTRA CLEANING:
€20.00 per day (on request).
CRIB:
€70.00 per stay (on request).
SECURITY DEPOSIT (€):
€100.00 (mandatory).
