If you drive in Italy this is great place to stay. Unique dome shaped rooms throughout the resort property with ocean view. Unique stay and friendly staff. Great value for money.

Extraordinario, limpio y único, nos bendijo el clima y lo disfrutamos muchísimo. En recepción excelente atención siempre estuvo todo el personal dispuesto a colaborarnos hasta con el mínimo detalle, gracias a Vini que se tomo el tiempo de ayudarnos con recomendaciones y reservaciones de restaurantes en la zona. De esos lugares que definitivamente nos hacen querer regresar.

We used the resort as base to drive/visit other towns (Alberobello. Monopoli, Ostuni, etc) Attentive, helpful reception staff. Convenient on-site self parking and manned security gate. Well maintained grounds, 2 pools (chlorine & sea water). Buffet breakfast with plenty of seating, including outdoor. Large room with semi-private back patio. Good A/C. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom, abundant hot water. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful resort on the seashore just a few minutes from the quaint town of Monopoli. The food was delicious and the staff excellent. The gym is small but on the beach so a very neat concept.

Quiet setting and nice pool and seaview. Rooms were clean and fresh towel given daily Only lunch and dinner options were buffet which was 30 and 35euro per person. I thought there should have been more options as we were hoping to spend most of our time in the resort, but walked down the seafront for other restaurants instead. Breakfast buffet had very limited choices. Also you were not allowed in the pool without a swim hat, we didnt know this so had to buy swimhats to be able to use the pool.

The hotel was OK. Few points that I wasn’t expecting though. Although the check-in is at 5pm, my room was only ready at 6pm. The AC is the room is locked and you can only turn up or down by 2 degrees. Access to the pool requires a cap to be worn which I had to buy… The food options are OK, but limited in range and time you can have them. Towels are only available with a paper card and there was a queue to collect them.

Fantastic hotel! Fantastic staff! Fantastic location! We are a family of 4 including a 4yr and a 1yr old. Once we got to the hotel it had the bed done for the older one and a pack and play ready for the little one! Grazie mille per tutto

It is a good place to travel with kids, but not if you want to swim in the sea. The Beach is a disaster, unfortunately. Adriatic is not a best option to swim, it is not hotel’s fault, but dining buffet food was not good. For the first time being in Italy I didn’t like the food and I love Italian food everywhere in Italy. Also the buffet restaurant at evening has no atmosphere, it feels cheap. We were dining out, because we had a car. The restaurants around are good. We didn’t try a la carte restaurant since the negative buffet experience. Overall it is nice territory, cute buildings, 2 nice swimming pools, one of them is a great option for kids , nice pool exercise program. There is very strange layout for second swim pool, there was no door that opens to sidewalk, people usually climbed over. I never saw it in hotels before, it was quite bizarre.

Didn’t like the pool hours, pool should be open all day and until at least 8pm. Would have liked a sand beach however they made it work. Overall I had a great experience and would return ( if they change the pool hours 😊)

convenient location with good access to everything. staff members were brilliant and brought great energy to the place. Weird that we were made to wear swim caps apparently for hygiene reasons which made no sense. staff at restaurant were incredible although the food was distinctly average.

Excellent stay!
Such a beautiful resort! Loved having both pools and the ocean right there! The staff was incredible and the entire place was clean, comfortable and beautiful! Only wish was more dinner food options than just the one buffet for dinner.

In sosta verso Ugento
Avendo soggiornato per una settimana lo scorso anno, volendo fare una sosta per poi proseguire verso il sud della Puglia, abbiamo deciso di fermarci a Torre Cintola. Il posto è molto bello e curato. Le stanze pulite e sufficientemente ampie. Il personale gentile e cordiale

Struttura molto graziosa, spaziosa e silenziosa con tutte le comodità che cerchi per un soggiorno, personale educato, disponibile e molto cortese. Impressione molto positiva, suggerirei volentieri a chi vuol trovare un ottimo compromesso tra qualità e costi! Sicuramente ci ritorneremo magari per una sosta più lunga come una vacanza anziché un ponte Pasquale.

Tutto il personale è stato semplicemente fantastico. È stato il primo viaggio fuori porta con la nostra piccola di 8 mesi a cui tutti hanno dedicato massima attenzione: seggiolone già pronto, pappe fatte in cucina a richiesta...top! La stanza era pulita ed ordinata, il letto comodissimo. Il menù del buffet varia ogni giorno ed era sempre gustoso ed abbondante. Caffè e cappuccino, déjà ed altro fatti dal barista. Torneremo in estate per andare a mare e la sera rilassarci nelle bellissime piscine a disposizione.

I stayed 2 nights with my wife and I didn't like the hotel at all. Our family room had a sea view and that was not what we received, then talking to the receptionist she informed that the sea view rooms were not working and that the room she had given us was bigger, which was not true . This room had a machine house next to it that made noise all night. The website stated the existence of a fitness center, which was also not working. Check in at 17:00 and check out at 10:00. The breakfast was very strange, the guests had no access to the buffet, which was only served and controlled by the employees, who were unfriendly and unwelcoming. We stayed for 2 days and we didn't receive a single smile from the staff. Super disappointing experience.
