”The accommodation met our expectations, being relatively close to the historic villages, although access to Monsanto village was difficult due to the type of road. We noticed some irregularities, such as the automated AC being difficult to adjust and having some malfunctions (we ended up switching it off at the power station to avoid problems). ”We stayed at Casa do Cedro for two nights. The accommodation was excellent, breakfast was excellent and the views and swimming pool are breathtaking. Lots of free parking on the street. We were close to Monsanto by car which was our reason to visit the area. The town is quiet, in fact you don’t see people around. The only thing to remember is that depending on your travel date there may only be few options for lunch or dinner in the area.”

”A casa é muito linda, bem equipada e muito confortável! Numa localização muito boa. Penha Garcia é uma aldeia muito bonita e perto de outras, como Monsanto. Sandra foi muito atenciosa e nos recebeu muito bem. Adoramos nossa estadia, só gostaríamos de ter ficado mais. Recomendamos muito!”
