”Wonderful hotel! Everything was very clean, staff was very nice and accommodating. Our studio suite had everything you need, pots and pans, glassware (no wine glasses) cooking utensils etc..The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice and always clean. This will definitely be our go to hotel whenever we are in Missoula. ”

”This is a great hotel in a good location and the friendliest staff. The rooms and beds were amazingly comfortable. Good coffee and hot breakfast in the morning too. The only reason I’m giving 4 starts is because there were some hot water issues, where the shower only got luke warm. The staff went above and beyond to help remedy the situation though and I would absolutely stay here again. ”

”Pool and hot tub weren’t available during our stay, but we weren’t notified about this until after check-out process. Then we were told we couldn’t get a refund if we canceled our room. The woman at the front desk was unkind and made us feel terrible. We were told that the manager would call us the next day, but that never happened. Room was clean and breakfast was ok. The front desk area was never staffed when we came through during our stay. Would not recommend. ”

”Only there for one night but property was in great shape. I left medication in the refrigerator accidentally when I flew out of the airport. They found it and kept it cold and safe until my grandson could retrieve it for me. The staff are kind and were trustworthy for my stay. ”

”Our bed sheets and pillows were not clean! found a bobby pin in our bed and smeared makeup on the pillow. ”

”When we arrived, the room was dirty. There were muddy footprints in the room, the toilet was clogged, and there was poop in it. We were disgusted and immediately left. ”
