”De jonge Eigenaar liep wel mee naar boven om de kamer te wijzen maar nam niet de moeite te helpen met de bagage 2 trappen op te sjouwen. Bar bij het zwembad zou ‘s middags om 3 uur opengaan. Niet 1 keer open geweest. De jongeman die het ontbijt verzorgde was bijzonder vriendelijk. Kamer heel gehorig. Prachtige tuin!”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Terreforti Luxury Village. The hotel is brand new and it shows: from the room we stayed in to the swimming pool area, everything looks extremely clean and crisp. Our stay also started with positive news, since we were informed to have received an upgrade as to the room we stayed in: we were able to stay in a room including a Jacuzzi even though we had booked a regular room. The atmosphere felt relaxed and authentic, with plenty of Italian families enjoying the resort rather than it being geared solely toward tourists. ”The staff's language skills were at a really poor level, however, the hotel was also advertised to international customers. The quality of the food in the restaurant was moderate, but it did not match the price/quality ratio of the rest of Sicily. The hotel's free parking depends on luck, in our case the car was parked in the middle of an abandoned industrial plot. ”Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällinen. Huoneet oli siistejä mm. pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä. Uima-allas ja alue oli puhdas ja viihtyisä. Englannin kielellä tuli toimeen erittäin hyvin henkilökunnan kanssa.”
