”Very upset. I called the day of and added a day to my stay and told them i would be arriving at 130 am, the gentleman said ok and that he would be there. We showed up and it was closed. Noone answered the phone or door. I had already paid for our stay ahead of time. So now thank goodness i found another hotel open and just paid again to stay there so we didnt have to sleep in our car. So very upset with this place. Hopefully i will get my money back since it was no fault of my own.”

”We stayed there two nights during our roadtrip. The hotel was quite nice. We had to be in contact to the hotel beforehand several times, since the reception closes already at 5pm. The rooms were spacious but a bit worn out, our friends bathroom door was stucked, but luckily the staff was still there when it happened. There was an odd moldy odour in the room. Otherwise the location was good, near the ocean and Monterey and the center of Pacific Grove can be easily reached by bus or by car. ”
