”Nice experience, everyone helpful and firendly. Process of checking in worked well, excpet the first code didnt work. After aoncukting the support hotline eveything worked fine. The appartment was clean but small. The ac was a bit noisy but nothing too bad. Oberall good experience. Can recommend”

”Great location in the Gaslamp. Travelers: Mom and 12yr old child. The lobby looks much nicer in photos than it does in person. It’s not bad, but the pictures make it seem larger and more upscale than it actually is. We stayed in a single room with a private bath. The room had a bit of an odd odor—likely a mix of an older building and cleaning products. The bed was a bunk (twin over full), which was unexpected; based on the photos, I thought it would be just a full-size bed. It was too squeaky...

”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful. Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....
