”Clean private room/with private bathroom/Staff at check-in was very helpful/Beachview-Oceanview in our private room was great! In walking distance to everything needed. Parking is horrible everywhere in Hermosa Beach that was the only downside was parking from Friday to Monday morning it was the worst!”

”I arrived to the place little late like 11pm I did first phone call about parking there was no explain on the message after I parked I realized the door code wasn’t sent it to me but my room code I got confused I had issue to get in was stressful but I made another phone call and I finally got it. ”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful. Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....
