”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful. Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....

”This was a bad stay. The Found staff onsite was awful! Tho not bPoshtels hire, the latter is housed in the Found hotel. I travel, but maintain an address in SF for business. It is on my ID. I arrived to check-in exhausted, hoping for a pleasant 1-night stay at a relatively new spot. I pre-payed. I was met by a sour young woman who proclaimed I could NOT stay there because I was a "local" - I shouldn't even have had to explain. She refused to check me in, made me sit in the lobby 20 min, called a...

”Everything was nice clean and offered amenities most take for granted, Amsterdam offers coffee, tea, in shower hair and body hygiene products, bath towel, linens and a comfortable bed I’ve watched this Hostel go through many changes and challenges over the years it’s nice to know that WE are both here as I had many challenges and changes 😩Most importantly everytime I come back I always feel welcomed Thanks 😊 ”
