Motellit – Montgomery

”I don’t know what place the other reviewers stayed at…I don’t even know where to start. The broken deadbolt and barely able to close door that I was told “I know, it’s okay” by the manager about (we ended up having to barricade the door to feel safe enough to sleep). The WiFi that gave my laptop a virus. The filthy floor, dead cockroach, and moldy blood stained curtains. The reek of cigarettes and mildew. The non-working tv which we tried to get manager to fix, but instead were told how to work...

”We arrived at the hotel to be told my room was not available due to maintenance and that they were sold out. The staff member never even looked me up in their system, even after I explained again that I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia. He simply said no room available. I asked him why I wasn't notified prior to driving 4 hours to be told no room. He did not have an answer and never even offer any type of apology.”

”Good centralized motel from town. Room does what it’s supposed to do.”

”Terrible conditions, bathroom wasn’t clean correctly bathtub had yellow stains. The room was for four people and only receive two towels, room smelled funky, and to top it off the first day we didn’t had hot water called the front office and staff was rude when I ask I when the hot water would be back mind you the weather was 65F so we did need the hot water. The same day first day my card got disconnect went to the office to activated and was receive with a rude front office lady she didn’t...

”Front desk person was just blah on check-in. Property exterior could use some help. Room was clean, linens smelled good, pillows were nice. Mattress was firm. We checked in very late and kind of felt like we were inconvenient by being so late. Property is a bit noisy being right on the feeder of I-45, but not unreasonably so.”

”Staff was very kind and friendly. Upon entering the room, an overpowering smell of cleaning scent and we had to keep our door open for a few hours. We enjoyed the kitchette but unfortunately there were no dishes plastic or disposable to use.”

”Walked into the room and checked the bed. There were little bugs crawling on the mattress. Went immediately and asked for refund and that we didnt want to stay. He said we would get a refund to Expedia but its been 7 days and still haven't received one.”
