”The place looks sketchy on the outside and the interior could use some work. Also towels/soap/etc should be somewhat provided or at least try to have a couple just in case to accommodate people that dont have those items readily available. Staff was amazing Ahmed helped me get situated when no one else was answering so I really appreciate him helping me get set up cuz it was kinda confusing getting in the rooms/home.”

”I did not know it was like a boarding home type of situation didn't there and I came there with five other people there was no way I could stay in it I didn't know that it was three other people and there was somebody in the room that was assigned to me when I booked it and paid for it so I did not stay at the property and I would like my money back a refund thank you I had to book a whole another hotel”

”The staff, was only seen once. After that I called and called and nothing. I didn't get the towel until the next day, I had to wait over 1.5 hours for him to show up. He didn't even know the duration of my stay. If you only need a bed to sleep, and you bring your own supplies, then this works. If you're expecting service, it's a joke. I will not stay here ever again.”

”DON'T GO THIS PLACE!!! It didn't say it was a house, it was advertised as a hotel. When I arrived, I had to share the same house with four other families, using the same kitchen and living room! DISGUSTING!!!!! And they charge like a hotel where you have everything private!!!”

We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. I was asked to text a copy of my ID to some random number with no clue who would have access to my private information. The booking was “non-refundable”. After 20 plus...

”Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service ”

”I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. ”

”This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.”
