Summary:
Located in the heart of downtown Montreal this 2 bedrooms suite will enchant you. Breathtaking views of Montreal from the rooftop terrace, you will be steps away from the main shopping street St-Catherine, steps away from the best & trendiest restaurants, bars, speakeasy & steps away from the bell center The space has been completely renovated in 2021, high end furniture throughout the apt, 400mbps ultra fast wifi, smart TVs in each rooms , skylight on top of the dining area and so much more.

The Space:
The living room has one very trendy, modern & comfortable sofa bed with 2 camel colored wide armchairs on each side directed to a 58 inch smart tv with unlimited movies and shows. Accessorized with a modern chic look you will feel an amazing energy from it.
The kitchen has been fully renovated with modern materials such as quartz, stainless steel. Fully furnished, you will be able to cook or bake any meals for you or your guests. The island is the perfect transition piece between the living room and kitchen. Lets not forget the beautiful red brick natural backsplash.

The dining room sits under a skylight that makes the space bigger and so pleasant.

The bathroom are modern and spacious. Marble like patterns ceramic installed on the floors and walls. All plumbing has been changed so the water pressure is excellent.

The bedrooms have queen beds with super dense and thick mattresses. 43 inch smart tvs in each rooms. Workspace in one of the bedrooms.

Great little gem. Very classic for vintage downtown Montreal where the outside doesn’t do the inside justice. Very clean, relaxing and in the right spot to hit most of the nightlife and food!

Our stay started off poorly, as the host had us checking in a day late, when clearly the reservation was correct. Then, he would not respond to my messages or to VRBO when they called him repeatedly. We had to wait at the airport for an hour while VRBO attempted to contact him. Finally, they were able to reach him and we received our check in information. Upon arrival, the unit was not very clean as there was long brown hair in both showers. In addition, there was a strong sewage smell throughout the unit which, when contacted, the host was not willing to fix or offer solutions. Though this is not the fault of the host...the final night in the unit, the next door neighbors hosted an extremely loud party which continued until 3 am and allowed us no sleep.

The host was very responsive whenever he was contacted. There were minimal amenities, such as bath towels but no hand towels or washcloths, no replacement for a burnt-out light bulb in the living room, coffee maker and tea kettle but no coffee or tea bags, no ice cube trays.

The stairs leading up to the apartment are extremely dirty and I feel are unsafe. Although there is a lock on the apartment, I noticed the door had been pried open at some point. This is not comforting for women travelling alone. The construction is a major factor as we were woken up at 4:00am both days. I mentioned this in my correspondence with the host and even asked to be reimbursed a portion and I have yet to receive an acknowledgment on this. The closet doors are unstable. The last picture is of bees nesting in a few holes in the wall on the patio. Two positives of this apartment: location and the apartment itself was very clean.

Nice Condo— Sleepless Nights

This condo was a cute as the pictures and very clean and nice inside. It was a third floor walk up, however, over dirty carpet. The worst part of this stay was that on Thurs, Fri, and Sat nights we were unable to sleep once a 1am night club opened immediately across the street. Made what would have been a very good location, a very poor location!!

Amazing location in heart of downtown

We enjoyed our recent stay in the heart of Montreal! We were within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, the art museum and McGill university. As other reviewers mentioned, the apartment is a walk-up with many stairs. The building is older but the apartment was beautifully renovated and modern. David the owner was very responsive and helpful. Check in was seamless and easy. Highly recommend this property!

Great Place to Stay in Downtown Montreal

Spend Easter weekend enjoying this property in the heart of Montreal with great restaurants and all other amenity needed within walking distance. Seating and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped all we needed for Easter family dinner. The shared outside patio is large and welcoming although too early in the season for the cushions to be place on the furniture. We found the walk up to the 3rd storey easy to manage.One of Montreal’s more popular clubs is across the road for those who wish to explore Montreal’s nighttime activities.I recommend this location for any who want to explore downtown Montreal

Great apartment for the right group

The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is listed as sleeping 5 but the pull out sofa is only suitable for a small child. The location is great but there is some noise from bars at night on the weekend. We were still able to sleep through it.

Montreal experience

No elevator and several flights of stairs carrying luggages, no amenities like paper towels, thrash bags, shampoo, not enough towels for 5, soap for washing machine not enough, hand washing soap.,we have to buy paper towels. In general place is beautiful except the stairs , owner not ready to host because due to lack of amenities to make one stay comfortable. It can be corrected

Great location

Being downtown meant easy access to everything. Close to train station, shopping and restaurants. Very active part of the city. 3rd floor with no elevator and suitcases could be a challenge for some. David was very responsive and accommodating for us and easy to deal with. Thank you.
